Welcome & Thank You

Whew! What a whirlwind these past few months have been - how is it February?!

First, I have to share a giant, heartfelt THANK YOU to anyone reading this, anyone who has stopped by the Shop, told their friends or liked or shared an Instagram post over the past two months. What started as a crazy kernel of an idea (what if I open a holiday pop up shop in 3 weeks?) has turned into a whirlwind ride - and such an incredibly rewarding experience. Being a part of so many people’s holiday celebrations while actively highlighting products that are local, handmade and small batch has been a dream come true.

My vision for Salt & Vinegar is to create a shop that is part healthy grab & go for the neighborhood, part retail destination for local and specialty food, beverage & gifts, and to serve as a launch pad and testing ground for startups, emerging brands and founders from traditionally marginalized groups. We will continue to test, push the envelope and challenge what else is out there - so thank you for coming along for the ride.
